Vampire Loves

by JOANN SFAR

The first book that made me interested in picture books, or comic books, its kinda like for adults, cause it have adult language... Its pretty funny, well some parts are... Kinda random stories... its doesnt have a beginning or ending... its just for laughs and the pictures are very well done.
I would suggest borrowing it when you have nothing to read, and just want some laughs.

Wimbledon Green

The Lift-Your Spirts Quote Book

Compiled by Allen Klein

"Over 650 Quotations to inspire and nurture body, mind, and soul"
A great gift for a friend you know thats down, personally it hasnt helped me, but thats just because I question all the quotes and disagree with them, and fight over why only famous people are being quoted, and think about how I have some quotations of my own that I would like to see my name on, okay so I guess you can see why its not working for me.. But its a good book though...

The Green Fairy Book

Edited by Andrew Lang
Illustrations by H.J. Ford

I have to say, the stories are great stories, I truly love some of them, but its not a good book for bed time stories... they are just too long and the words are too big, I cant read it for someone for bed, but I can read the stories by myself and tell them back. I dont like this book that much, its the way in which the author wrote the stories... Kinda redundant alot. But my sis likes it, so I guess other people like it but this is not one of my favorite books.

There are 42 stories in this edition, and the writing is small so there is like 866 pages. Some of the stories that I have liked alot in it are:
The Little Soldier
The Magic Swan
The story of the Fisherman and his Wife
Little One-eye, Little Two-eyes, and Little Three-eyes
The Three Dogs
The Three Little Pigs
The Golden Mermaid
Spindle, Shuttle and Needle
Fairy Gifts
Prince Narcissus and the Princess Potentilla
The Enchanted Snake
The Blue Bird
